Shoppers in the town centre were greeted with a ‘unique’ window display at the empty Debenhams store.
Some of the mannequins at the store had been placed in positions resembling sex acts in the front window by the Costa sign.
It is not known who positioned the mannequins but the more outrageous display was removed by the afternoon.
Meadow Residential, which owns the building, has been approached for comment.
The store has been empty since April when Debenhams announced it would not be reopening its Swindon store which has been in place for more than half a century.
It is thought that 150 people lost their jobs because of the closure.
