Officers investigating a spate of arson attacks in Chippenham earlier this month have arrested a man wanted in connection with the incidents.
In the early hours of October 18, officers attended a series of fires in the town.
Following the incidents, Wiltshire Police issued a wanted appeal in relation to Christopher Cleverley, who has links to Malmesbury, who officers urgently wanted to speak with as part of their enquiries.
Cleverly, 31, has today been arrested by officers from Team 5 Community Policing Team on suspicion of arson and making hoax calls.
He is currently in custody in Melksham for further questioning by detectives.
