A PARK North man will stand trial on accusations he took part in a Christmas Day attack.
Terrence Jacks, 32, of Bisley Close, Park North, last week admitted causing grievous bodily harm – but denied a more serious charge of wounding with intent.
On Friday, prosecutor Ian Fenny confirmed those pleas were not acceptable to the Crown Prosecution Service.
