In a statement, a spokesman said: “We’re really sorry to those customers in the Haydon Court area, who have been impacted by our burst pipe.
“Our engineers are currently working to repair the pipe to ensure those with no water or low pressure are back in supply as soon as possible. We are moving water around the local network to help support with this.
“We’re supporting those customers who have been flooded. Our customer and insurance teams are working to assess the damage and each individual resident’s needs and we’ll do everything we can to get their lives back to normal as soon as we can.
“We are continuing to work closely with the fire service and Swindon Borough Council.”
It is not yet known what caused the eight inch pipe to burst. 999 crews were called to the scene at around 6am on Saturday morning.
