SWINDON: Leanne Gough, 50, of Burford, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She had 58mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. She was fined £136 and banned from the roads for 16 months. She was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

CRICKLADE: Chasey Price, 26, of Rougham Road, Bury St Edmunds, admitted drink driving. Tests showed he had 59mgcs of alcohol in 100ml of breath after he was stopped driving a Vauxhall Corsa on July 1, 2020 in Common Hill. He was banned from the roads for a year, fined £120 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

BROADGREEN: Cyrus Dias, 24, of Rosebery Street, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving. He was caught over the cannabis limit on September 20, and November 6 last year. He was fined £600, must pay £145 in costs and surcharge and was banned from driving for 16 months.

HIGHWORTH: Callum Young, 36, of The Cullerns, pleaded guilty to drink driving and careless driving on Greenbridge Road on August 8. He was fined £736, banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £73 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Reza Alavi, 25, of Innox Mill Close, Trowbridge, admitted drug driving. He was three times the cannabis limit when he was caught behind the wheel of a Nissan Micra on Faringdon Road on November 25, 2019. He was fined £186, banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: William Clarkson, 44, of Spring Close, admitted drug driving a combi van on the A419 on October 19, 2019. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for 14 months and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

PINEHURST: Trevor Hawkins, 56, of Whitworth Road, pleaded guilty to driving a Freelander 4x4 on North Star Avenue on December 21 last year while over the cannabis drug drive limit. He was fined £333, banned from driving for a year and must pay £118 in costs and surcharge.

STRATTON: Harry Hostler, 27, of Barrowby Gate, admitted driving a Mini Cooper on Thamesdown Drive on January 5, 2020, while over the cannabis driving limit. He was fined £307, handed a 12 month roads ban and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.

WICHELSTOWE: Dean Lewis, 27, who gave a care of address of Trevello Road, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW 3 series on Beatrice Street on December 5, 2019, while three times over the cannabis drug drive limit. He was fined £80, ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge and banned from driving for a year.

TOWN CENTRE: Luke Taylor, 20, of Farnsby Street, pleaded guilty to twice being three-and-a-half times the cannabis limit. He was stopped behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Corsa in Hoopers Place, Old Town, on October 11, 2019, and while driving a Ford Fiesta in Bessemer Road East on November 22, 2019. He was fined £723, banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

STRATTON: Laura Taylor, 31, of Ermin Street, admitted drug driving. She was caught over the cocaine limit while driving a VW Golf in Hawkins Street on December 29, 2019. She was fined £120, banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Calne man Benjamin Bushnell, 33, of The Knapp, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was caught driving on Bodiam Road, Swindon, on March 21, when tests showed he had 95mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 26 months, fined £200 and ordered to pay a £32 surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Gareth Cole, 35, of Silverless Street, Marlborough, admitted drug driving. He was caught driving a VW Caddy van in Salisbury Road, Marlborough, on October 10 last year while over the cannabis limit. Magistrates banned him from driving for a year, fined him £333 and ordered he pay £118 in costs and surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Carl Hiscocks, 19, of Sutton Benger, admitted drug driving. He was more than three times the cannabis drug drive limit on October 25, 2019, when he was caught driving a DS3 in Sutton Benger. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £80 and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.
