A WILTSHIRE man will appear before magistrates this morning charged with setting a flat fire.
Kristian Cleverley, 32, of Moyne Close, Devizes, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life. He is due before Swindon Magistrates’ Court this morning.
It is said he started the fire that destroyed a flat owned by Sovereign Housing in Charter Road, Chippenham, on September 22.
