PARENTS of students at Lawn Manor Academy are being given a better chance at getting a job.
The school is giving them free access to a library of online courses and webinars to help them brush up their CVs.
Part of the Royal Wootton Bassett Academy Trust it has invested in online training provider The National College so that staff at the school can develop thier skills.
But Marek Koza, assistant headteacher with responsibility for achievement, says the school wanted to offer the opportunity to all parents and carers too.
“Our school is far more than just the building and playing fields,” Marek said.
“We are very much at the centre of our community, and we always want to play our part in that wider community.”
