A man has been jailed after breaching an injunction banning him from going to the Railway Village.
William O’Driscoll, 40, was handed the County Court order in November after what police described as months of threatening behaviour.
Barely a month later, after he was sentenced at the magistrates’ court for other matters, he was arrested for breaching the injunction.

District Judge Peter Hatvany, at Swindon County Court, found O’Driscoll guilty of the breach and activated an earlier suspended prison sentence of 35 weeks and three days.
Town centre officer PC Paul Bezzant said: “O’Driscoll repeatedly offended against the order in such a short period of time which showed his blatant disregard for the judge’s directions and the police and Swindon Borough Council’s efforts to protect the community from his persistent anti-social conduct.”
The original injunction is in place until November 2022.
