A third national lockdown has put a number of restrictions on people's lives including those learning how to drive.
Covid restrictions mean that driving schools and lessons have to stop along with the closure of non-essential retail and pubs, restaurants and bars.
Can I still learn to drive?
The official government website says that you can still practise driving but it must be done with a family member or someone within your support bubble.
You cannot take lessons from a driving instructor.
Even then, the driving must only be done during travel to work, education or other essential journeys.
The full statement on the government website says: "You cannot take driving lessons in England, Scotland or Wales.
"You can only practise driving with members of your household or support bubble. It must be travel for work, education or other essential journeys."
