A Mercedes driver was warned “all options are open” after he admitted dangerous driving.
Appearing before Swindon Crown Court, Reuben Martins, 22, of Volta Road, Broadgreen, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving on a faulty front nearside tyre.
The dangerous driving is said to have taken place between Queens Drive and Windsor Road, Old Walcot, on April 22 last year. Martins was driving a 2019-plate Mercedes C300.
Bailing him to return to court for sentence on February 10, Judge Jason Taylor QC told the defendant: “You’ve pleaded guilty today. You will be given credit for that in due course. I’m adjourning for a pre-sentence report but don’t read anything into that; all options are open.”
Emily Heggadon appeared for the Crown. Martins was represented by Rob Ross.
