BROADGREEN: Dimas Santos, 45, of Rosebery Street, admitted failing to provide a specimen. He was ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work as part of an 18 month community order. He was banned from driving for 40 months and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

M4: Alexandre Demilecamps, 21, of Bordon, Hampshire, had been charged with driving an Alfa Romeo carelessly on the M4 on March 21 last year. The charge was withdrawn at the request of the police after Demilecamps completed a driver improvement course.

WILTSHIRE: Petar Ivanov, 24, of Welbeck Road, Barnet, pleaded guilty to attempting to steal oil barrels from Morrisons petrol station on September 28, 2019. He was given 100 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Joshua Johnson, 27, of Park Street Mews, was found not guilty of assault and criminal damage.

CARTERTON: Tichatonsa Nyenya, 54, of Bluebell Way, Carterton, pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes C220 on Chiseldon Hill on Boxing Day 2019 without insurance. He was fined £500 and ordered to pay £250 in costs and surcharge, but was not banned under totting rules as magistrates felt he would face exceptional hardship if he were to lose his licence. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GRANGE PARK: Carl Hiett, 33, of Marney Close, pleaded guilty to stealing two boxes of wine from the Co-op on February 21 last year and assaulting a man on the same date. He was ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. A £95 victim surcharge was deemed paid by time served in the police station cells.

KINGSHILL: Nicholas James, 40, of Manor Road, pleaded guilty to three breaches of a non-molestation order. He sent WhatsApp messages to a woman on December 26, 27 and 31 last year. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge, although these were deemed paid by times served.

GORSE HILL: Ashwani Kumar, 56, of Cricklade Road, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour and another charge of threatening behaviour. He was given a 12 month community order with 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days.

TOWN CENTRE: Ionut Movanu, 36, of Haydon Street, admitted driving a Mercedes E class in Dover on July 4 last year when there was a danger of injury. A small child was sat on a woman’s lap in the back of the car and was not wearing a suitable restraint, such as a child-safe seat belt.

He was fined £30 and ordered to pay £34 in victim surcharge. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

FRESHBROOK: Jakob Filipiuk, 35, of Pendennis Road, pleaded guilty to possession of a lock knife in Rose Lane on April 27 and possession of cannabis and amphetamines. He was fined £553 and ordered to pay £140 in costs and surcharge. The knife and drugs were forfeit.

HAYDON END: Domenico Crossman, 20, of Mazurek Way, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Wood Street on August 23 last year. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £107 in costs and surcharge.

FERNDALE: Ian Pound, 59, of Ferndale Road, admitted failing to stop at the scene of an accident in Westfield Way on March 12, 2020. He was fined £80, given five penalty points and ordered to pay £67 in costs and surcharge.

ELDENE: Joshua Veckranges, 18, of Islandmead, admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £80 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named as he is under-18, pleaded guilty to robbing jointly with others another of shoes, keys, a telephone and cash in September last year. He was bailed for sentence on February 2 at Swindon Youth Court.

MOREDON: Anthony Ebury, 36, of The Street, admitted stealing alcohol and laundry detergent from the Co-op. He was fined £50, deemed paid by time served.

WATCHFIELD: Ashleigh Pickett, 34, of Barrington Road, pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker. He was ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work and pay £200 compensation. The court ordered £85 costs.

OLD TOWN: Minenai Liysiak, 38, of Rosetti Lane, Tadpole Garden Village, pleaded guilty to being two times the drink drive limit in Hoopers Place, Old Town, on August 23 last year. She was fined £250, banned from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
