Swindon's hospital has revealed it is still caring for patients who are no longer infectious from Covid-19.
A tweet from the Great Western Hospital revealed it was caring for 156 patients with 20 of those no longer being infectious but still needing treatment.

Of the 156 patients currently receiving care for coronavirus, 20 of them are no longer infectious but are still requiring treatment for COVID-19 due to the lasting impact that the virus can have on our health. pic.twitter.com/V3MUc6o0tj
The hospital added that there had been an eight per cent increase on Covid patients from last week and that 12 patients were in the ICU.
Eight wards have also been converted into dedicated Covid-19 areas.
