PROSECUTORS dropped a “revenge porn” charge levelled at a Swindon man.
Danisa Hunda, 23, had been charged with disclosing a private sexual photograph in June 2019 with intent to cause distress. Hunda, from Swindon but whose address was given in court documents as Callington Road, Bristol, had not entered pleas.
At a hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Monday, prosecutor Ellen McAnaw said the case against Hunda was being discontinued. No reason was given for the charge being dropped.
Hunda, who was represented at the short hearing by barrister Peter Binder, spoke only to confirm his name.
