Zoopla has compiled a list of the most expensive places to live on the Island, based on the average price paid for properties.
The list was calculated using Zoopla's pricing estimates, which takes both transactions and listing data into account.
According to their research, the average price for a house on the Isle of Wight is £261,432, which has risen 6.54 per cent since January 2020.
