Staff detain man after employees assaulted at Morrisons in Nailsworth
A MAN suspected of assaulting staff at Morrisons in Nailsworth earlier today has been arrested.
The man is alleged to have arrived at the Nailsworth supermarket in a stolen Mini this morning.
It is then understood that he behaved in a disorderly manner in the store, where he threatened and assaulted members of staff.
The staff managed to detain the man, who is now in custody.
Stroud Police arrested him on suspicion of threatening and assaulting store staff and the theft of the Mini that he arrived at the location in.
