PINEHURST: Peter Fowler, 71, of Acacia Grove, was fined £169 after he admitted stealing £88 worth of goods from Asda Walmart on August 13 last year. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

PINEHURST: Cody McGuinness, 23, who gave a care of address in Pinehurst Road, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable and sergeant on August 12 last year. She was given 12 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year, must complete 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £85 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Poppy Coleman, 25, of Spring Close, admitted possession of cannabis and being drunk and disorderly in William Street last August. She was fined £40, given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £125 costs.

M4: Stephen Butler, 53, of Metcalf Avenue, King's Lynn, admitted driving a DAF lorry on the M4 last June while disqualified from driving and without insurance. He was fined £120, banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Ian Mowbray-Smith, 70, of Francklyn Acre, Marlborough, admitted driving a Ford Focus on Marlborough Road, Swindon, on March 27 last year while over the limit for cocaine bi-product benzoylecgonine. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £120 and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

PARK SOUTH: Subarna Thapa, 22, of Whitbourne Avenue, pleaded guilty to drink driving on Dorcan Way last July and possession of cannabis. He was fined £300, banned from driving for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

LIDEN: Lisa Wells, 39, of Galsworthy Close, admitted stealing £551 worth of goods from Asda last March, £74 worth of items from Wilko in February 2020, and assaulting a police constable. She was given a 12-month community order with 60 hours of unpaid work and 15 rehabilitation activity days. She must pay £74.50 compensation to Wilko, £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

GRANGE PARK: Lee Sedgelov, 41, of Holbein Close, admitted stealing alcohol worth £208.50 from Waitrose last February. He was ordered to pay £104.25 in compensation and £85 costs.

BROADGREEN: Anthony Rebelo, 27, of Broad Street, pleaded guilty to drink driving BMW 320 on Cirencester Way and failing to stop at the scene of a crash on the Transfer Bridges roundabout. He was fined £1,045 and must pay £190 in costs and surcharge. He was banned from driving for 14 months.

PARK NORTH: Billy Quarrell, 22, of Welcombe Avenue, admitted driving an Audi A3 on Kingsway Close while over the cannabis limit. He was also found in possession of cannabis. Magistrates fined him £160, banned him from the roads for a year and ordered he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

WALCOT: Richard Wright, 31, of Tudor Walk, pleaded guilty to damaging the rear window of a Vauxhall Mokka and the rear window of a Toyota Vero on October 30 last year. He must pay a total of £125 in compensation and £85 in costs.

HIGHWORTH: Robin Malpass, 45, of Stapleton Close, admitted driving a Ford Escort carelessly on Windrush, Highworth, on June 14 last year. He was given three penalty points, fined £12 and ordered to pay £74 in costs and surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Jeffrey Southwell, 56, of Commercial Road, admitted stealing £7,500 cash from company BaxterStorey between August 2016 and August 2019. He was given an 18-month community order with 120 hours of unpaid work, was ordered to pay £3,290 compensation and must pay £175 in compensation.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Johnny Carey, 34, of Hatch Road, Upper Stratton, pleaded guilty to smashing the window of The Phoenix Bar in Royal Wootton Bassett on September 4 last year, assaulting a police constable and damaging a police van by “continuously spitting”. He was ordered to pay £400 compensation, was fined £80 and must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

KINGSHILL: Galhat Omar, 23, of Joliffe Street, admitted driving a 55-plate Range Rover on Islington Street without a licence or insurance. He was given 11 points, fined £120 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

STRATTON: Joseph Joyce, 55, of St Quentin Close, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath. Fined £500,16 month driving ban, £135 costs and surcharge.
