ELDENE: Callum Mahoney, 20, of Kennedy Drive, admitted assault. He was fined £45 and ordered to pay £135 in costs and surcharge.

OAKHURST: Uchenna Onoh, 45, of Dunvant Road, was fined £50 and banned from driving for 12 months after she pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. She must pay £132 in costs and surcharge.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Jenny Edwards, 42, of Cloatley Crescent, pleaded guilty to stealing £200 cash. She was ordered to pay £200 compensation. 

PARK NORTH: Katie Longmate, 36, of Bembridge Close, was fined £31 and told to pay £119 in costs and surcharge for possession of heroin and cannabis. 

PARK SOUTH: Clive Gonsalves, 34, of Carstairs Avenue, was jailed for 12 weeks for pulling a knife on someone last July. 

He admitted threatening behaviour, assault and commission of an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. Gonsalves was ordered to pay £200 compensation and made subject to a 12 month restraining order. 

He also admitted assaulting an emergency worker and being drunk and disorderly. The magistrates ordered him to pay £100 compensation.

CHISELDON: Josh Reason, 23, of Windmill Piece, pleaded guilty to damaging an Audi A1, disorderly behaviour and threatening behaviour. 
He was fined £500, ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and a £50 victim surcharge. 

A 12 month restraining order prevents him from contacting the person whose car was damaged. 

TOWN CENTRE: David Maclennan, 51, of Stanier Street, admitted assault by beating. He was fined £166 and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Ricky Hart, 47, of Colbourne Street, was fined £50 for failing to notify Wiltshire Police of a name change as required by law as he is a registered sex offender. He must pay a £32 victim surcharge.

STRATTON: Judith Leeson, 52, of Ermin Street, admitted being more than three times over the drink drive limit. 

She was found to have 116mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath after being stopped in the Oxford Road Sainsbury’s car park in February. 

She was given a 12-month community order with 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days, fined £100 and banned from the road for 38 months. She must pay £200 in costs and surcharge.

AVEBURY: Phillippa Penny, 52, of Studley, Calne, was ordered to fit her dog with a muzzle when in public or risk it being destroyed. 

She admitted being the owner of a black/tan Rottweiler that, when dangerously out of control near Avebury last June, injured a woman. Penny must pay £2,000 compensation and pay £85 costs.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Tommy Bonner, 18, of Comet Crescent, Calne, was fined £346 and banned from driving for 17 months after he admitted drink driving a scooter in Rylands Way, Wootton Bassett, last August when he failed to stop and drove the scooter carelessly, without a licence or insurance.  
He must pay £120 in costs and surcharge.

SOUTH MARSTON: Saeed Chaudhry, 30, of Quarrybrook, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and threatening behaviour. He was fined £160 and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Poacher James Cooper, 39, of Leatherhead, Surrey, was fined £220 for trespassing onto the Salisbury Plain Training Area in pursuit of game. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge. The case was proved in his absence.

WALCOT: Kenny Dalgliesh, 41, of Melville Close, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. He was fined £125 and must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

RODBOURNE: Nicholas Davis, 51, of Barnum Court, was found guilty of stealing vodka from Iceland. He also admitted attempting to steal a bicycle and shoplifting items from Boots.

He was fined £50, ordered to pay £15 compensation and given 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £195 in costs and surcharge. 

The court record notes he is known by the alias “Mr Doggo Davis”.  

REDHOUSE: Anthony Innis, 48, of Rotherfield Road, admitted disorderly behaviour. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
