HIGHWORTH: Daniel Radbourne, 33, of Queens Avenue, admitted driving a Renault Traffic on Orange Close without insurance. He was fined £230 and given six points but was not banned under the totting rules after he told the court he was self-employed and would be unable to work without a licence. He must pay £110 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.

M4: Anne Marie Fox, 73, admitted speeding in a Mercedes C200 on the M4 in November 2019. She was fined £196, given six points and must pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

M4: Charles Hutchins, 33, of Heaver Road, was fined £276 and given six points for speeding on the M4 in a Ford Fiesta last May. He must pay £144 in costs and surcharge.

RODBOURNE: Abdi Omar, 34, of Jennings Street, was fined £1320 and given nine points after charges of careless driving and driving a Toyota Yaris without insurance were proved in his absence. He was ordered to pay £176 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Marie Beeden, 45, of Clapham Close, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW X3 on County Road with worn tyres. She was fined £300 and given three penalty points. Magistrates ordered she pay £110 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.

M4: Roger Mather, 56, of Church Street, Tetbury, was fined £666 after he admitted speeding in his personalised plate Bentley Continental on the M4 in November 2019. He was given six points and ordered to pay £177 in costs and surcharge.

M4: Jefferson Siqueira, 25, of North End Road, Hammersmith, admitted speeding in a Porsche Cayenne V6 on the M4 on July 25, 2020. He was fined £500, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £160 in costs and surcharge.

M4: Cosmin Toader, 25, of Dudley Road, Swindon, was fined £400 and given six penalty points for speeding on the M4 in a Ford Transit. He must pay £150 in costs and surcharge.

M4: Connor Urch, 25, of Hurst Road, Weston-super-Mare, admitted speeding on the M4 in an Audi TT. He was fined £270, given six points and told to pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

BROADGREEN: Bilal Uddin, 27, of Broad Street, fined £660 and banned from driving for two years after magistrates found a charge of driving without insurance proved. He must pay £110 costs and a £66 victim surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: David Jones, 42, of Spring Close, admitted exposing his genitals and using disorderly behaviour. He was given a 12 month community order with 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days, was placed on the sex offenders’ register for five years and told to pay £95 victim surcharge.

PARK NORTH: Daniel Perrett, 29, of Redruth Close, pleaded guilty to harassing a woman between December 8 last year and January 10, 2021. He was ordered to do 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a two year community order, pay a £90 victim surcharge and comply with a 12-month restraining order.

OLD TOWN: Matthew Wixon, 30, of Grosvenor Road, was sentenced to 20 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months and ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work after he admitted drug driving on three different occasions and assaulting a police officer. He was found guilty of driving without reasonable consideration for others and breaching a non-molestation order by passing a woman twice while she was walking and he was driving. He must pay £200 compensation to the police officer, complete 25 rehabilitation activity days, was banned from driving for three years and made subject to a 12-month restraining order.

SWINDON: Stuart Trinder, 26, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her. He was given a two year community order with 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and banned from going to a property in Royston Road for six months.

WILTSHIRE: A London man will appear in court accused of driving a Renault tractor dangerously.

Vlad-Alexandru Orninji, 33, of Vicarage Court, Feltham, is said to have been behind the wheel of the tractor on the A303 near Winterbourne Stoke on January 23, 2020.

He has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, driving without due care and attention, driving without having full view of the road ahead and driving with a flat tyre.

He was granted unconditional bail to appear before Salisbury Crown Court on March 18. He entered no pleas to the charges.
