Martin Rice ran for 12 hours on Good Friday for two charities close to his heart.
He covered 62.54 miles, lapping around Charlton Cricket Ground from 5am to 5pm.
The challenge has raised more than £3k for secondary breast cancer charity Make 2nds Count and PSC Support for people with primary sclerosing cholangitis.
He chose these charities for his brother-in-law, who has PSC, and a friend living with secondary breast cancer: "I wanted to run for both her and my brother-in-law, which was what got me through the 4am training starts.
"This challenge has actually changed my mindset - life has been rubbish for a year, but actually for me it hasn't really been that bad and maybe I should give a bit more back."
