A PINEHURST man found dead at his home took his own life, a coroner concluded.
Senior Coroner for Wiltshire David Ridley said Joseph Judge Dredd’s anxiety, depression and a diagnosed personality disorder had “more likely than not” contributed to his death.
The 50-year-old had overdosed on medication prescribed to help him with his mental health issues.
Mr Dredd, who is understood to have changed his name to that of the fictional crime-fighting superhero, was found at his home in Pinehurst Road in the early hours of August 23 last year.
Mr Ridley recorded a conclusion of suicide.
