LIDDINGTON: Plans have been submitted for the erection of a single storey rear extension along with an extension to the existing garage, one new. front dormer window and two new rear dormer windows.

The application (reference S/H0U/21/0374RACH 9) is for a house in Lidenbrook.

LIDDINGTON: A car port for a home on The Street could be demolished and replaced with two-storey side and single-storey rear extensions if plans (reference S/LBC/20/0196 and S/H0U/21/D399EMMI39) are approved.

CHISELDON: The owners of the Manor House on Hodson Road have submitted an application (reference S/H0U/21/0200SASM) with plans to build replacement side walls to the vehicle entrance.

HAYDON WICK:  Updated plans for a major renovation of Haydon Farm on Haydon End Lane have been submitted.

The application (reference S/21/0389PIMO) proposes changes to the approved outline plan for the conversion of existing outbuildings to form four dwellings and the erection of 10 new dwellings, garages and associated works.

They propose a variation of condition 2 (the approved plan), condition 5 (means of access) and condition 6 (vehicular parking) which were all attached to the planning permission given for S/17/0703.

And the developer hopes these changes will not require compliance with condition 2’s drawings from the previous permission given for another application (reference S/20/0192).

Separately, another application has been submitted which relates specifically to the conversion of existing outbuildings to form four new homes on the farm.

This new proposal (reference S/21/0390PIMO) suggests varying condition 2 (approved plans of listed building consent S/LBC/17/0704) without compliance with condition 2 (drawings) from previous consent.

HAMPTON: There are new plans to convert a garage into habitable space and build a single-storey link and extension to go with it.

The application (reference S/LBC/21/0349SASM ) relates to The Old Stable on Hampton Lane.

Applications can be viewed using the public access system on Swindon Borough Council’s website pa.swindon.gov.uk/publicaccess by entering the application number into the search box.

Any person who wishes to make any representations should do so via the link above or in writing to Planning Department, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN12JG by April 29, 2021.
