EIGHT new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Swindon in the last 24 hours.
Over the last seven days, there have been 52 new positive Covid-19 test results recorded in the borough, which is three fewer than the week before.
As of April 12, Swindon's infection rate was 23 cases per 100,000 population and is continuing to decrease.
The government said that, as of 9am on Monday, there had been a further 2,963 lab-confirmed coronavirus cases in the UK.
It brings the total to 4,390,783.
