Swindon Advertiser: Hours after she was born

Cute little Iylah-Rose, just hours after she was born. She weighed 6lb, and was born at Great Western Hospital to mum Emily and dad Lee.

Swindon Advertiser: Happy at home.

Tabitha happy at home with mum Sarah and dad Andy. Mum was at work in her nursing job when she realised she was in early labour. After being monitored for 24 hours, she had a caesarean section and Tabitha arrived. She joins her six siblings in the family.

Stassie was born a month early to parents Abbie and Dominik, weighing 6lb 3oz at Great Western Hospital.

Swindon Advertiser: Her first outing

Little Robin's first outing. She was born five days overdue to mum Holli and dad Karl. After a challenging 16 hour labour, she needed a little helping hand to arrive safely and was born by emergency cesarean.

Mum Holli says, "We named her Robin because when we were trying to choose girls names a little robin flew onto the fence behind us and was eavesdropping on our conversation.

"Her middle name Eva was her great, great grandma's.

"She is absolutely amazing, so calm and relaxed. Our midwife commented her chilled personality was reward for a difficult birth.

"Everyone at Great Western Hospital did a fantastic job with our care. We would like to give a big thank you to midwives - Claire, Tia, Emma and Olivia - who we will remember always."

Little Riley was born to mum Selina and dad Jack at Great Western Hospital, weighing 7lb 8oz. He arrived by emergency caesarean.

Curious little Kayla-Mae had a dramatic arrival into the world, arriving into an ambulance.

Mum Carly and dad Liam were not expecting such a quick birth.

Carly says, "Our beautiful little girl came a day early on January 8 at 3.42am.

"She arrived in the back of an ambulance outside our home.

"It all happened so quickly and its definitely one to remember!"

Baby Kayla weighed a healthy 6lb 5oz.

Swindon Advertiser: Dulcie Grace 8 days old

Dulcie Grace at eight days old. Rosie and Kane were delighted to welcome her after a natural birth in GWH, saying, "Dulcie was ready to see the world with labour only taking one and a half hours."

Swindon Advertiser: 3 days old

Reggie had a bumpy start to life, having health issues and a seizure. But after a few days in intensive care he arrived safely home to mum Jessica, dad Stacey and his four older brothers.
