GLOUCESTERSHIRE: Marie Beeden, 45, of Clapham Close, Swindon, admitted speeding a BMW on the A417 near South Cerney.

She was fined £100, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

GLOUCESTERSHIRE: Habib Etemadi, 26, of Barnum Court, Swindon, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW 118 without insurance on the A417 near Cirencester.

He was given six penalty points, fined £300 and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

GLOUCESTERSHIRE: Alan Hunt, 61, of Bradshaw Court, Swindon, admitted speeding on the A417 and was given three penalty points, fined £184 and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

GLOUCESTERSHIRE: Samuele Barbieri, 39, of Mulberry Grove, Swindon, was fined £146 and given three penalty points after he pleaded guilty to speeding on the A417 in a BMW. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

GLOUCESTERSHIRE: Charlotte Castle, 31, of Beatrice Street, was found guilty in her absence of failing to give Gloucestershire Constabulary information relating to the driver of an Audi alleged to have been guilty of a road traffic offence.

She was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

SOUTH EAST LONDON: Nigel Pyman, of Bristol Street, Malmesbury, admitted failing to give evidence relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £120 and must pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

Magistrates found exceptional hardship would be caused to his elderly parents if he was banned, so imposed six penalty points.

CROYDON: Joyce Oruni, 41, of Friswell Place, Bexleyheath, admitted assaulting emergency workers at Swindon railway station last November and failing to surrender to the court.

She was ordered to pay £450 in fines and £150 in compensation to the police officers.

GLOUCESTERSHIRE: Robert Hicks, 38, of Sorrel Close, Royal Wootton Bassett, pleaded guilty to speeding in a Peugeot 2008 on the A417.

CARDIFF: Shriparsad Limbu, 60, of Rowan Road, Pinehurst, admitted driving a Ford Fiesta in Cardiff without insurance. He was fined £438, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE: James Wood, 42, of Purton Road, admitted doing 99mph on the M40 last October.

He was fined £80 and given four points. He was ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

OXFORDSHIRE: Sebastian Ciachorowski, 31, of Clifton Street, Swindon, was found guilty in his absence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes.

He was fined £660, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

OXFORDSHIRE: Leonardo Mathaia Dionizio, 33, of North Leaze Close, Moredon, admitted doing 62mph on the A420 near Bourton, which is a 50mph zone. He was fined £220, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

CARDIFF: Vilem Kutzendorfer, 41, of Dinas Powys, admitted speeding on the M4 near Swindon. He was fined £450, banned from driving for a week and ordered to pay £155 in costs and surcharge.

CARDIFF: Anastasios Sarakinis, 28, of Argyle Street, Swindon, pleaded guilty to speeding to speeding in a Vauxhall Astra in Cardiff. He was fined £100 and given three penalty points.
