A LONDONER will be sentenced next month after he admitted dealing cannabis in Swindon.
Glen Mendes had been due to stand trial at Swindon Crown Court – with prosecutors claiming he was found in possession of the class B drug in 2018.
However, on the morning his trial was due to start, the 27-year-old changed his plea – pleading guilty to a single count of possession with intent to supply cannabis.
He was caught with the drug on September 14, 2018.
Judge Jason Taylor QC granted Mendes, of Portpool Lane, Camden, bail. He will be sentenced on June 14.
