Swindon Magistrates' Court
MAGISTRATES will decide the case of a woman accused of running down a youth in Pinehurst.
Kay Geddes, 56, of Cricklade Road, denies driving a Seat Ibiza on The Circle in December 20, 2019, without due care and attention.
She had been found guilty in her absence in March, but subsequently applied to have the case reopened and entered her not guilty plea.
A trial will take place at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on August 5.
