A MAN fell through a roof of a building under renovation in Purton Stoke.
Three fire crews and an ambulance were called to Hayes Knoll at 10.45am, where they discovered the man on the first floor of the building.
A spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue said: “We attended a property in Purton Stoke at 10.45am this morning to assist the ambulance service, they had been called to a man who had fallen through the roof of a property under renovation. He was within the property on the first floor, and crews helped to carry him outside.
“Two fire engines, one from Stratton and one from Westlea, attended together with the aerial ladder platform from Swindon – this wasn’t needed in the end. I believe the air ambulance was also on scene. Our stop was at 12.24pm.”
