Foodbank fraudsters target homes in Swindon and surrounding areas
TWO young women falsely claiming to be working for a food bank charity are targeting homes in the area.
Wiltshire Police have issued a warning after receiving reports of the suspects calling door to door in Ramsbury, Marlborough, Swindon and Lechlade pretending to be working for Swindon Food Collective.
They have obtained bank details and collected donations despite not being associated with the charity.
Anyone with information should call 101.
