A NEPALESE Cultural Day is being held on Saturday for people of all ages and cultures.
The Nepalese Association of Wiltshire is organising the event which will include a cadet band display, a Nepalese cultural display, Nepalese food stalls, Nepal tourism stalls, children's rides, a designer saree sale, and Nepali cultural performances.
Entry is free and the event lasts from 10am to 8pm in GWR Park on Faringdon Road.
The organisers strongly recommend doing a rapid lateral flow test before attending the event and only go if the test result is negative. Anyone experiencing symptoms of coronavirus should not attend the event, to limit the spread of the disease.
The NAW was established in 2006 to unite the town's Nepalese community and help Gurkhas who migrated into the area to settle and share their experiences.
