Jane Austen fans can watch an entirely improvised comedy play based on a 'lost' Austen novel at the Wyvern Theatre this Thursday.

Austenatious comes from sellout runs at the Edinburgh Fringe, a weekly residency in the West End and a BBC Radio 4 Christmas special.

Audiences suggest a title for a 'lost' Austen novel which the cast then improvise.

Past performances have included Strictly Come Darcy, Mansfield Shark and Bennet Like Beckham.

Austentatious said: "We are beyond delighted to be back on the road, and can't wait to shine a spotlight on some of AUsten's lesser-known 'classics' - from Empire Line of Duty to Bennet Like Beckham. Prepare the barouche!"

The show has had rave reviews with The Guardian calling it "One of the most enjoyable 60 minutes on the Fringe" and The Times describing it as "ridiculously silly...wickedly funny".

Tickets are available from swindontheatres.co.uk or by calling the box office on 0343 310 0040.
