A man who was found on the railway tracks in a tunnel at Swindon train station has been found guilty of trespass.
Lee Dean, 29, of Angel Yard in Malborough,must pay £284 for trespassing on Great Western Railway's property and for failing to surrender to custody at Swindon Magistrates' Court.
He was fined £150 for trespassing on the railway tracks on July 24 and must pay £34 to victim services. He was fined an extra £100 for the second offence.
