A 42-year-old man who stole meat from Marks and Spencers has been fined £135.
Christopher Simpkins, of no fixed address, plead guilty to stealing £95.39 worth of meat from the supermarket on June 23.
He was ordered to pay £95 to victim services, fined £40 for the offence and a community order was imposed.
Simpkins also failed to surrender to custody at Swindon Magistrates' Court but was not given a separate penalty for this offence.
