PRIMARY schools around Swindon took part in fun fundraising activities for Children in Need last week.

The White Horse Federation's educational facilities made a big effort to boost the annual telethon's total.

Last Friday, a number of The White Horse Federation schools took part in activities for Children in Need.

At Nyland School, pupils made cakes, made paintings, and held a cake sale to raise money.

Meanwhile, at Moredon Primary School, pupils wore pyjamas, took part in Children in Need mindfulness workshops.

Drove Primary School took part in the BBC Sing Along for Children in Need and were joined by BBC Points West and BBC Wiltshire, who interviewed some of the staff and children.
