This weekend saw the opening of this year's famous Westonbirt Arboretum light trail after preparations earlier this month.
Staff at the Forestry England site have been installing around 560 bulbs and 42km of cabling to get the trail ready for last Friday.
Decisions on what the trail would look like started way back in February, with the theme for 2021 being the ‘Search for the Lost Reindeer.’
The story is that Santa's reindeer have gotten lost following a great storm.
Guests will be encouraged to speak to elves and the trees in search of clues to reunite Father Christmas with his beloved animals. .
“As a totally ticketed event, there will be limited numbers and staggered entry to help maintain social distancing.” Explains Hannah Ward, event manager, Forestry England.
Tickets are on sale now £18 adults and £9 for children.
They're almost sold out for the 'Enchanted Christmas' event but the remaining tickets on December 21 are available from boxoffice.forestryengland.uk
