A free initiative which encourages football fans to shift the Christmas pounds and put New Year's resolutions into practice is recruiting its new cohort.
Swindon Town FC Community Foundation's 12-week Football Fans in Training programme has helped hundreds of people achieve their weight loss goals since 2015.
The sought-after groups are men aged 18-35 and 35-65 and women aged 35-65. Anyone from those categories with a BMI of over 28 and a waist measurement of 36" can sign up.
The course promises to make its recruits more active, support them to make healthier eating choices and help improve their long-term wellbeing.
A STFC spokesman said: "We are looking for people who want to lose weight, get more active and improve their mental wellbeing.
"We run these courses three times a year so there is plenty of opportunity to get involved - it really is a no brainer!"
To sign up contact Aaron@STFCfoundation.com or call the STFC office on 01793 421303.
