AN ELDENE teenager has appeared in court to deny causing actual bodily harm.
Thomas George Stamp, of Overbrook, pleaded not guilty to one count of assault occasioning actualy bodily harm.
The 19-year-old is alleged to have committed the offence in Swindon on April 15.
He is now due to stand trial on July 18, at Swindon Crown Court.
He will appear before the same court on March 7 for a further hearing.
He has been released on conditional bail.
