Swindon Town football club's community arm is expanding with a new partnership and the addition of a new full-time position it is currently hiring for.
Homeless charity Threshold Housing Link, which is celebrating its 50 anniversary of work in Swindon this year, has announced a new partnership with the club's Community Foundation.
The two organisations will be working together to co-deliver programmes that will help the local community.
The foundation already carries out several community projects such as inclusive wheelchair, mental health and DSactive football in conjunction with Swindon Down's Syndrome Society.
As well as outreach to schools , courses and health and fitness awareness.
They are also now looking to recruit a new full-time community development officer to facilitate this.
The job advert asks "Are you an ambitious, driven and energetic individual who is passionate about developing a thriving and successful community development programme?"
