A MOTORIST who was spotted ‘being all over the road’ on the M4 in Wiltshire was four-and-a-half times the drink-drive limit.
Wilts Specialist Ops said the driver, who was caught on the motorway today, blew 157 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, with the legal limit being 35.
In custody, their lowest reading was 131.
