Swindon Hub's new cafe was inspected on January 19 and received full marks with a five out of five score.
Grange Leisure and Community Centre's restaurant on Grange Drive was rated the same after an assessment on January 15, according to the Food Standards Agency's website.
It means that of Swindon's 255 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 202 have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
