ANOTHER road in Swindon was closed by a burst water main.
Police briefly shut Thames Avenue at the junction with Blunsdon Road after a member of the public reported the problem just after 8am today.
Thames Water and Swindon Borough Council have been made aware.
UPDATE: Thames Water is at the scene and dealing with it. The road was reopened at 11.30am.
This follows two other pipes bursting around Swindon.
The first happened further along Thames Avenue on January 15 and part of the road has been closed ever since.
Drivers were diverted along Moredon Road, but a burst water main there has blocked that route as well.
Traffic is queuing this morning as motorists are diverted away from the diversion and down Akers Way, Purton Road and Manor Road.
