Drivers in and around Swindon will have seven road closures to watch out for this week.

Two of the road closures are expected to cause moderate delays with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that seven closures are due to start this week

• A419, from 8pm May 23 to 6am May 27, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A419 southbound, Spine Road, junction to Lady Lane, junction.  Full Road closure for Cyclic maintenance, May 23 and May 24, Spine Road to Cricklade, Cricklade to Lady Lane, May 25 and May 26.

• M4, from 8pm May 23 to 6am May 24,  M4, junction 15 to 16 westbound, lane closure for surveys.

• M4, from 8pm May 24 to 6am May 27, slight delays,  M4, junction 16 to 15 eastbound, lane closure for surveys.

• M4, from 8pm May 24 to 6am May 25, slight delays, M4 eastbound, junction 14 Membury, Slip and lane closures for barrier works.

• M4, from 10pm May 29 to 6am May 30, slight delays,  M4 Both Directions M4, junction 15 to junction 16 - Lane closure for drainage works.

• M4, from 9pm June 6 to 5am June 7, slight delays,  M4 eastbound, junction 16 to 15 - lane closures for road markings renewal.

• M4, from 10pm June 6 to 6am June 7, moderate delays,  M4 westbound, junction 15 entry slip closed for carriageway repairs. Diversion via, junction 14 and return.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
