An 11-year-old Swindon boy hopes to dance his way to the final of Britain's Got Talent tonight.

Ollie Loveday and four other schoolboys aged between 9 and 11 will perform live on ITV in tonight's semi-final.

The dancing group known as Fivestar Boys wowed the judges of the long-running show with their anti-bullying contemporary dance.

Now they will go up against seven other acts for a place in Sunday's final. The most popular act based on viewer votes will go through.

Judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams will then chose another finallist from the next two most voted acts.

Ollie comes from a dancing family as his mother, Shona, teaches at the Swindon-based Julie Scott's Dance Academy.

In their first performance, Ollie and his group impressed the judges so much they received a standing ovation.

It was revealed that some group members have been bullied verbally and physically  because of the prejudice towards young male dancers.

The competition's winner will receive £250,000 prize money and will perform at the Royal Variety Show.

The final airs on Sunday from 7.30pm. The semi-final starring Fivestar Boys starts at 8pm tonight on ITV.
