Food hygiene ratings updated for two Swindon restaurants

NEW food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two Swindon restaurants on the same street.

The Food Standards Agency has updated its inspection results for a couple of food outlets in the town.

Brazilian restaurant Menu Brazil on 47 Cricklade Road received a four out of five rating after Swindon Borough Council inspectors had a look around on June 15.

Hygienic food handling was considered to be good, the cleanliness of the facilities and building was very good, and the management of food safety was generally satisfactory.

The Wong Kee Chinese Take-Away And Fish Bar on 126 Cricklade Road, Swindon received the same overall Good rating after an inspection on the same date.

Inspectors thought its hygienic food handling was very good and the cleanliness of the site as well as the management of food safety were generally satisfactory.
