Festival director Chris Smith said: “We are so excited to now be on-site setting up for the biggest celebration of music and culture from across the world to date.

"WOMAD 2022 will as always demonstrate that our communal love of music, arts and discovery of new cultures is more powerful than what divides us”.

In addition to the live performances, acts at WOMAD will get to show off their cooking skills in front of a live crowd. There is also a spoken word area, a world for children, a spa and a workshop programme.

WOMAD will take place at Charlton Park, Malmesbury from July 28-31. Tickets can be purchased at www.womad.co.uk
