Three businesses and organisations have chosen Swindon's Cheney Manor Industrial Estate as their new long-term home.

FI Real Estate Management, which manages the industrial estate recently spent some time refurbishing some of the properties there.

Now it says that it has let them out to three new tenants signing up for long-term leases.

A spokesperson for the firm said: "With refurbishment now complete, the development welcomes three new tenants.

"They are Critical Environment Solutions Ltd and World Mission Agency - Winners Chapel International, both of which have taken a 10-year lease and Kwik Fit, which has signed a 15-year lease."
