THOUSANDS of homes now have water after a burst pipe left them without supplies over the weekend.
Residents in West End and parts of Southampton were without water for most of Sunday after a water pipe burst in Allington Lane.
The area was flooded for the majority of the day and the road was closed as a result.
Around 8,000 properties could have been affected by the loss of water.
Southern Water has since said that as of last night, August 14, all homes were back in supply.

The company has not confirmed how much water was lost during the leak.
In a statement, they said: "We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing customers and are working to return all homes to supply as quickly as possible.
"We understand that at a time when we are asking customers to use their water wisely during Temporary Use Bans, leaks are even more of a focus.”
Many residents said they were unable to drink, shower, or cook during a day that saw temperatures soar to 31C.
Concerns were raised by mother-of-two Jennifer White.
The 41-year-old of Carpathia Close, Southampton, said: “I have two young children with additional needs. I am going to have to go to the shop. You can’t flush the toilet.”
The timing of the leak unfortunately coincided with the Hampshire-wide hosepipe ban which came into force at the start of August.
The restrictions on water use are the result of a particularly dry summer coupled with record-breaking temperatures.
