Two people have been arrested after police were called to an assault in Old Town.
At around 1pm on Sunday, September 1, an incident involving a man and a woman took place at an address on Victoria Road and left one man with a laceration to his arm.
It is currently not known what their exchange was about, or if the two people were known to each other.
A woman in her 30s has now been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, criminal damage and possession of class B drugs.
A man in his 60s has also been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and possession of class B drugs.
Both have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
