A woman allegedly had her handbag stolen by a man on a mountain bike in Swindon.
The victim, a woman in her 40s, was in Lawn Woods, between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on August 19 when the biker allegedly swiped the handbag from her.
He is described as being dressed in all black.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are urging anyone who was in the area at the time to share any information they have.
A spokesperson for the force added: “We are appealing for witnesses after a woman had her handbag stolen in Lawn Woods, Swindon.
“On August 19, at around 12.30pm to 1.30pm, an unknown male on a mountain bike dressed in all black swiped the handbag from the victim, a woman in her 40s.
“Officers are looking for anyone who was present in Lawn Woods at this time that may have witnessed the incident to please get in touch.
