A teenager has been punched in the face during a violent robbery.
Police are now appealing for witnesses following the incident in Swindon, which saw the young boy have his bike stolen.
On Tuesday, September 17 between 7:40pm and 8:10pm on the corner of County Road and the Magic Roundabout, an unknown suspect approached a 14-year-old boy and asked for his bicycle.
When the victim refused to hand it over, the suspect chased him and punched him in the face, before taking the bike.

Inspector Kennedy, based in Swindon, said: “This is a serious incident where a young teenager has been assaulted and had his bike stolen.
“The incident has happened on a busy road in full public view, and CCTV footage shows members of the public and cars going by as it happened.
