Ambulance workers lined the streets of Swindon to pay tribute to one of their own.
South Western Ambulance Service workers gathered at Swindon's ambulance station on Queens Drive on Friday, September 27, to remember a colleague who had lost their life.
Members of the public walking along the street stopped to watch as over 30 service workers gathered on the grass verge in the middle of Queens Drive and lined the road in full uniform.

The emergency responders bowed their heads in respect as the hearse carrying their late colleague drove past, and the eastbound lane heading towards Drakes Way was temporarily closed for several minutes while the procession took place.
The hearse and family members passed through the station and then back out onto the road in the slow march led by an ambulance car, in a fitting and emotional send-off.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Service also attended to help with traffic control.
Out of respect to the individual's family, the service worker has not been named publicly by the South Western Ambulance Service.
